In order to provide you with this extended service to your surgery, our GPs have access to your NHS GP practice health records, including information regarding your medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results, hospital discharge summaries, appointment letters and referral letters.
To ensure we’re providing the best possible service, with your consent, we would like to record your consultation for quality and training purposes. Please note, these recordings may be shared with your GP Practice.
