Microphone Troubleshooting
Close down applications
Your microphone may be disconnected or in use with another application such as FaceTime, Skype or third party application
Please Force Quit all applications that might be using your microphone:
- Move your mouse to the upper left corner of the screen
- Click on the Apple logo
- Select Force Quit
- Select any applications that might be using your microphone
- Select Force Quit
- Refresh the page once you have done this and try again
Restart your computer
If closing all other applications down does not fix your microphone issues, please restart your computer and try again.
