The idea that students spend all day sleeping is one of the oldest jokes in the book. You’ll usually hear it from people who wish they were in your shoes! Don’t listen to them.
Getting the right amount of sleep is actually really important and student life doesn’t always make this easy. In the battle between legendary nights out and 9am lectures, sleep is often the loser.
